Chatty Cohen

Cohen has so much to say these days. He asked that I record a video message to all his blog followers! Basically he said he loves and misses you all.

Friend Time

After our trip to the zoo we headed over to the Garcia's for a cookout and mojitos (for the adults only of course). Later in the day Jessie, Gilbert and their beautiful daughter Aubrey stopped by. Aubrey is the only other baby that can hang with Cohen when it comes to size.
Here Cohen was trying to suck in the belly to impress the ladies
Cohen and Aubrey
Cohen getting beat up by a girl...nothing new!
Jenny had asked Delmer to keep an eye on Aliyah, but he was in the middle of a game so he found an innovative way to do both

All the babies (i.e. Cohen and his lady friends)

Love those teeth (or lack there of) Aliyah

"Skadoodle"

The most anticipated movie of the year has finally arrived! Although Cohen is not crawling yet you can see that he has no problem getting where he wants. We have dubbed this move of his "skadoodling." It never fails to bring a smile to my face when he does it.

Our 1st trip to the zoo

Memorial Day weekend the Garcia family asked us to join them at the zoo. Cohen seemed quiet most of the time. I think he was trying to take it all in. We had a great time and enjoyed spending time with our friends.

Aliyah and Cohen before we started our journey

The babies loved making beats on the drum

Cohen didn't really know what to think about the petting zoo

Cohen recently has taken to dancing whenever he hears music. It really doesn't get any cuter than this!

Messy Boy

Now that Cohen has become Mr. Independent when it comes to eating I have had to let go when he eats and chooses to make a mess . For example see below. I may have sat anxiously awaiting the end of his mess making, but at the same time I love to watch him and the smile he gets on his face.

He loves to share his food with everyone who walks by.
Right after this was taken he put his finger in his mouth and sucked all the sauce off!

Playing in the yard

While Daddy worked on the landscaping today Mommy and Coco played in the grass. He really likes to pull the grass and try to eat it!
Although hard to see Daddy does have a caterpillar on his finger in the last picture. Let it go on the record that Coco does NOT like them. Nor does he like when you put it on him. Parents can be cruel for their own pleasure hahahaha!!
